Orchid De Villa, Kitobu Inanam

Orchid De Villa, established in 1995 on almost 5 hectares of rural land, offers visitors to Kota Kinabalu a wonderful opportunity to see thousands of glorious orchids in bloom. Donggongon Town, Penampang


Donggongon is a town in the West Coast Division of Sabah, Malaysia. The town is located within the district of Penampang, but today it can be considered as part of the greater metropolitan area of Sabah's capital city, Kota Kinabalu. The best time to visit Donggongon town would be on every Thursday and Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm) as there will be a 'tamu' gathering in this town where thousands of people would gather to buy households products, delicacies, exotic products and traditional handicrafts such as bangles, headbands or gongs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donggongon).

Lok Kawi Wildlife Park

The Lok Kawi Wildlife Park was officially open to the public on the 17th February 2007. It is located along the Penampang-Papar old road and is fully developed by the Sabah Wildlife Department. The park consists of two components: zoological and botanical. Lok Kawi Wildlife Park is open for the public daily from 9.30a.m to 5.30p.m.(http://www.sabahtourism.com/)

Welcome to the year 2009

I just came back to my office on Monday but only manage to give some updates in this blog today. It is a great start for me in this new year 2009. Hey, I'm now a father to a beautiful baby girl born on the 2nd January 2009. I even got a new Canon 40D camera this year and damm!! it is a great camera to have. Here are some pictures I took with my friend, Rony Gobilee at the Lok Kawi Wildlife Park last Saturday.
